Our beds can be purchased:
- Without Mattresses
- With Foam Mattresses - increased hardness (resistant of deformation) with cotton zipper cover. You will receive:
- 2 Foam mattresses - 190cm x 90cm x 8cm
- With Foam/Bonnell Mattresses - made of open coil springs and foam with zipper cover. You will receive:
- 2 Bonnell mattresses - 190cm x 90cm x 13cm
COLOUR
- Choice of 4 colours: White, Grey, Graphite or Pine
- Choose a colour that lets the grain detail shine through to provide you with a fuller coverage (but not 100%).
- Painted with three-layered spray water-based paint rather than with a solvent-based paint to make sure your child is safe from any health harm.
Our bunk beds are made to order, based on the colours and ladder placement (if applicable) provided by the customer.

1 Year Warranty
This product comes with a 1 year warranty against any manufacturing defects, such as:
- Defects in material construction, finishes and integrity.
- Inconsistent sizing of furniture parts.
- Incorrect placement of screw holes and joints.
- Missing parts.
The cover starts on the day of delivery. It applies to the original buyer and is not transferable.
If you notice any defects, please contact us and we will repair or provide a replacement part to you for free.
The following are not covered under the warranty:
- Damage due to normal wear and tear.
- Damage due to natural disasters.
- Accidental damage or damage resulting from improper use of the furniture.
- Damage caused by faulty assembly and installation.
- Damage caused by using harsh cleaning solutions.
- Custom modifications.
All warranties apply only to furniture used in residential settings with a climate-controlled environment.

Deliveries take place 7 days a week between 6am and early afternoon. You will recieve a 3 hour time slot via SMS or email, around 3-4 days before the delivery day.
If you would like to amend the delivery date/time, please notify us a minimum of 24 hours in advance. If for any reason there is no one present at the delivery address, you may be charged a redelivery fee of up to £49.
When signing for delivery, please inpect the goods to ensure the packaging and the products are undamaged. If necessary, refuse the delivery or please make sure you detail any problems on the delivery note.
Please be aware that if there are no lifts at your property, it will be a ground floor delivery. There is an options to have it carried up the stairs but the delivery team charge for this (cash on delivery) as per below:
- 1st-2nd Floor - £20
- 3st-4nd Floor - £40

Collection
If you would like to collect from either the Manchester or Lincoln warehouse, please select the option at checkout and we will get in touch with you. If in stock at the warehouse, can be picked up with a 48 hours notice.
Contact us for exact location available. Transfers between warehouses can take up to 2 weeks.
Order Confirmation
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If it is, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment. If your item is made-to-order or on backorder, we will display the estimated arrival time, usually a few weeks, at the beginning of the shipping tab of the product page (above) or reach out to you via e-mail. If the item is unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.
Order Shipment and Tracking
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your payment method, it will be shipped and delivered to you within 2 weeks from the date of your order. If out of stock, it will usually take 4-6 weeks to be delivered to you from the factory. You will recieve a 3 hour time slot around 3-4 days before the delivery day via SMS or email you provided when checking out. If you do not receive delivery information from us within the above timeframe or would just like an update on your order, feel free to get in touch using the 'Contact us' page.

We work very hard to ensure that we offer the absolute best prices online. If you find another online store that offers a lower price than us within 14 days of your purchase date please let us know and we will refund your original payment for the difference.
